    Have a workman comp Injury to rotor cuff. After surgery I went to Rehab and things with stretching were going good. Then they wanted me to use stretch bands and 1 pound weights. The next 7 days it was sore and soulder inflamed. Im a single dad of 4 and need to get back to life. I told center it took 3 monthes to rid pain and get full range of motion. I dont want to go back or pop more pills like I have. My stretches at home and clinic are great but this band stuff and stretches on table while on stomach just cause pain in shoulder and side of arm.
    Doctor said Im ready for strength but he does not give me exercise the rehab center does. Were are you located maybe I need pro to save my family. How much will it cost. Thanks Andrew
